Developer. Cadet pilot.
Founder.

I'm Sheikh Shoeb. I build websites and apps for a living, I'm training to fly commercial aircraft, and I run an events company and a photography and cinematography studio for weddings and celebrations. Different worlds, same habit: plan carefully, execute precisely, and never land without a checklist.

My story

It started with one website

In 2020 I built my first paid website for a local business. I was hooked by the moment an idea turns into something people can actually use.

That curiosity took me from freelancing to enterprise projects at TCS for HDFC Life and ABN AMRO, then to Matrish Solutions, and now to Neave Tech. Along the way I built my own products: Rishteey.com for matchmaking, Local Company for home services and MyCPL.in for aspiring pilots.

The last one came from my own life. While preparing for my commercial pilot licence I saw how scattered the information was, so I built the platform I wished I had. Today I'm a cadet pilot in airline training, and I still write code every week.

And when I'm not in a cockpit or an editor, I'm planning weddings and parties with my team at Surprise Hours, and capturing them through my photography and cinematography work.

My worlds

What fills my days

Each one sharpens the others. Flying teaches discipline, events teach people skills, the camera teaches attention to detail, and code teaches problem-solving.

What flying taught me about building software

Pre-flight

Checklists, every time

Every release runs through tests and a review list. Nothing ships on memory alone.

Crew resource

Clear communication

You always know what's done, what's next and what's blocking, in plain language.

Abnormal ops

Calm under pressure

When something breaks in production, I follow a procedure, not panic.

Flight plan

Plan before take-off

Scope, timeline and budget are agreed in writing before any code is written.
